Chris Kaspar de Ploeg is a journalist and organizer. Prior to The Exterminating Empire, he published The Great Colonial War trilogy, and Ukraine in the Crossfire. He is a co-founder and organizer at Aralez, a grassroots organization for decolonization, and is active with De Vonk, a revolutionary party in Amsterdam, where he was its first list leader. Chris writes, speaks, and organizes on themes including (neo)colonialism, climate justice, racism, and capitalism.
